A lush tropical garden guarantees absolute privacy; neither the private pool area nor the roofed terrace can be seen from the outside. The well furnished terrace offers you a perfect spot relax and to while away the day. An extra rooftop terrace is providing a second outside sitting area.
There are enough sun -loungers provided, In the ground floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a guest-toilet, an extra TV/ library room, connected to the spacious air-conditioned Master-bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is particularly worthy of mention: it got a glassed-roof and a bathtub surrounded with flowers and an extra shower cabinet. The living area is open to the ceiling with the upper floor built as a gallery where you find one more bedroom. From here you got access to the roof-terrace.
